  1. Tartu kahvakuulaan ja nosta se rinnalle tai käytä rinnallevetotekniikkaa. Vie kyynärpää kiinni kylkeen ja vedä napaa sisään. Työnnä lantio eteen, jännitä pakarat ja nojaa ylävartaloa taaksepäin, jotta saat kuulan lepäämään rintakehäsi päälle.
  2. Vie lantio kevyesti taakse ja laskeudu kyykkyyn. Nosta kyynärpäätä samanaikaisesti ylöspäin. Tällöin pystyt pitämään selän pystyssä eikä kyykky kaadu eteen. Linjaa polvet jalkaterien suuntaisesti.
  3. Nouse kyykystä takaisin ylös ja hengitä samalla ulos. Pidä kyynärpää ylhäällä myös nousun aikana.
